Purchases are couriered across India from our facilities warehouses.

We are unable to promise to delivery dates due to COVID-19. Please be patient with us if there are any unexpected delays. For further information, please see our Covid Safety Measures Policy. While we are still taking online purchases for shipping inside India and abroad, due to the changing nature of the circumstances, we retain the right to halt delivery to any country at any moment if necessary.

10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday w ith the exception of public holidays.
When the goods are delivered, they must be signed for. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please recommend someone else, (E.G.: family members or friends). disclaims any liability for items signed by a third party.

To finalise delivery, some courier partners may require an OTP. This must be given in order for the delivery to be completed. The OTP will be delivered to the phone number provided when placing the order.  

VedRejuve is NOT liable for any damage that occurs after delivery.  

All claims for missing items or damages must be notified to our customer service team within 48 hours after delivery.
